Work being his side chick, who got pregnant less than a month after we split. They were together about 4 months before we split. Every other weekend his older two would come over for their weekend visitation with dad but he was nowhere to be seen after 7pm Friday until about 2pm on Sunday. You see, I was at home playing the dutiful stepmother while he was doing what ever the hell he wanted with Homewrecker... now he's is doing it to her less than 2 years later... I was working full time outside the house plus doing all bed/bath/dinner/honework/kicking football etc duties and constantly explaining hubby was working at kids parties etc.<br />When girlfriends mentioned how scared they were sleeping at home for one night while there husband was out if town (!) I used to get annoyed by their self righteousness. Now I just feel sorry for them because if their husband leaves they will be more distraught and find it even more difficult to cope than I did.javajivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08861252722283263501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7377914227915645124.post-27371628162261597822013-04-30T10:13:47.780-05:002013-04-30T10:13:47.780-05:00"Sad thing is, the kids had become so accusto..."Sad thing is, the kids had become so accustomed to him being gone that it was about a week and a half.....' My God, that sounds like my kids! When you only see someone for an hour each evening and a few hours on Saturday (and that person doesn't pay you any attention hardly) will you really notice when they are gone? (And this is before my husband walked out the door.) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12018581507030201004noreply@blogger.com
